About Mountain Transit
Mountain Transit, the Mountain Area Regional Transit Authority, is the public transit agency serving the San Bernardino Mountain communities of Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, and Running Springs. Formed in 1993 as a joint powers authority of the City of Big Bear Lake and San Bernardino County, it operates local fixed routes, Off-the-Mountain commuter service to San Bernardino, paratransit, and seasonal trolleys.
