querstadtein is a Berlin nonprofit whose city tours are led by guides with lived experience of homelessness, flight, or migration. About 125,000 people have joined its tours since 2013.

We activated querstadtein's Google Ad Grant in under four weeks, built search campaigns in English and German with privacy-first measurement, audited its social media, and trained its team to run the program on its own. In the final month of the engagement, its search ads reached a 38.24% click-through rate.
